Thanks for choosing us. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set the rules for accessing and using the website at ccwnonresidentapply.com (the "Site") and the application preparation services offered by MAPA Web Marketing LLC (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). When you access or use the Site, or buy any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who can use our service
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or purchase any service. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
2. What we do (and don't do)
CCW Nonresident Apply provides administrative assistance for the preparation and organization of New Hampshire Non-Resident Concealed Carry Weapon ("CCW") permit applications. We do not issue CCW permits. Permits are issued solely by the applicable state or issuing authority after the applicant submits a complete application package and satisfies all legal requirements. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by purchasing or using our services.
3. No promise of approval or reciprocity
Approval of any CCW permit application is entirely at the discretion of the issuing authority and is not guaranteed by CCW Nonresident Apply. We make no representation or warranty regarding whether any resulting permit will be recognized by any particular state, jurisdiction, or agency. You are solely responsible for verifying the reciprocity status of any permit in the state(s) in which you intend to carry.
4. Paying for your order and how it shows on your statement
All purchases are processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store full card details on our servers. Transactions on this Site are single, one-time purchases — we do not auto-enroll customers in recurring subscriptions. Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from ccwnonresidentapply. If you have questions about a charge, please contact us at help@ccwnonresidentapply.com or (844) 222-0264 before initiating a chargeback.
5. Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase by emailing help@ccwnonresidentapply.com with your order number. If a refund is issued, the associated application preparation services and portal access are void and terminated. Refunds cannot be issued for services that have been substantially performed or delivered. Training materials, digital content, and gift portal access are non-refundable once accessed.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in connection with your application. You are solely responsible for (a) reviewing all information before signing any paperwork, (b) disclosing any legally required information to the issuing authority, (c) submitting the completed application package as instructed, and (d) complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
7. Things you may not do
You may not use the Site or our services to: (a) engage in any unlawful activity; (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (c) impersonate another person; (d) scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any portion of the Site; (e) interfere with the security or integrity of the Site; or (f) resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute our services without written authorization.
8. Our content and trademarks
All content, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the Site are the property of MAPA Web Marketing LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with our services.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT ANY APPLICATION PREPARED WILL RESULT IN PERMIT ISSUANCE.
10. Limits on our liability

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MAPA Web Marketing LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site or services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
12. Resolving disputes through arbitration
